SAS Western Cape Dinghy Championships 2022

Theewater Sports Club will be hosting the SAS WC Dinghy Championships & Mirror Nationals: 15 to 18 April 2022

The event is governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules Of Sailing and the SA Sailing prescriptions for National and Regional Championships will apply.

The regatta is open to all dinghy class boats.

Standard entries close at 24h00 on the 8th of April 2022 and thereafter late entries shall apply. Late entries will be accepted up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled start of the first race.

To be considered an entry in the event, a boat shall complete all registration requirements and pay all fees.

All competitors shall be members in good standing of SA Sailing and of a yacht club affiliated to and in good standing with SA Sailing (or their equivalent in the case of non-South Africans) and legally permitted to compete.

Competitors competing in the Mirror Nationals shall also be members in good standing of the International Mirror Class Association of South Africa. Proof of such membership shall be presented at registration.

ENTRY FEES: 

Single handed entries shall be R400 for normal entries.

Double handed entries shall be R700.00 for normal entries.

Late entry fee of R150.00 is applicable on all entries.
